Daily program includes: Morning juice or elixir,

*Cleansers generally lose 3-5 pounds per week.

Bacon Chicken Veggie Bowl

Grilled marinated chicken thighs, organic crispy turkey bacon , fried egg, avocado, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, asparagus, pepperoncini, balsamic vinaigrette

Keto Broiled Salmon

Oven broiled lime salmon, chopped romaine, shredded carrots, baby spinach, dill, radish, tomato, hardboiled egg, cashews, lemon dill vinaigrette

Keto Tuscan Shrimp Cobb  Bowl

Baked shrimp in olive oil, ghee, salt, pepper, wilted spinach, basil, tomato, romaine & mixed greens, crunchy turkey bacon,  shredded carrot, avocado, olives, medium boiled egg, spicy aioli dressing

Egg roll in a bowl (pescatarian: chef’s choice)

broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, light scallion, almonds, microgreens, ground turkey, purple cabbage, scrambled egg, grated ginger, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sriracha homemade mayo (egg, mustard, lemon, olive oil)

DAILY

Bone Broth: grass fed beef bones, ginger, turmeric, celery, leeks, carrot, apple cider vinegar, bay leaf, water

(72 hour simmered) OR
