*Cleansers generally lose 3-5 pounds per week.

Fabulous Fat Flush Chicken Salad pescatarian: sub tuna

shredded chicken, celery, avocado, light scallions, parsley, homemade mayo (egg, mustard, lemon juice, grapeseed oil, light olive oil, kosher salt & spice) on a bed of romaine with microgreens, shredded carrots, sprouts, pickles, tomato, and served with spicy aioli dressing on side

Liver Rescue Bowl

grilled white fish, spinach, asparagus, celery, radish, pomegranate, cilantro, microgreens, red cabbage, pumpkin seeds, organic fresh herbs, served with a side of citrus vinaigrette dressing

Low Carb Cauliflower Fritters

cauliflower rice, almond flour, eggs, scallion, shredded carrots, parsley, ghee, pink salt, pepper, served over arugula, sprouts, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and a side of green goddess dressing

Anti Inflammatory Grilled Chicken Caesar

pescatarian: grilled salmon

balsamic grilled chicken, chopped romaine, mixed greens, sprouts, avocado, cherry heirloom tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, fried egg, side of turmeric toasted cashew croutons, served with superfood nondairy Caesar dressing


Bone Broth: grass fed beef bones, ginger, turmeric, celery, leeks, carrot, apple cider vinegar, bay leaf, water
